As part of the Grand Paris Plan, the city of Montévrain and Chessy have become a niche for developers over the last 10years.

This 175 Apartment residential complex was mainly targeted towards first time buyer and developed in three different stages.

Raised Challenges :

• Liaising with commercial office to apply first time buyers specific requirements.
• Interactions with General Contractor and consultants
• Shop drawing overlays and coordination
• Approval of Contractor’s transmittal in compliance with contract documents.
