Port Lixus located in the Northern part of Morocco. It is located on eastern side shore of Oued Loukkos opposite of old city of Larache.

Since 2009, it has become the focus of the Azur Plan targeted to develop a very large scale Urban resort hosting Luxury Apartments, a Golf Course, High End Luxury Villas and at it heart, a Marina open to a 180 Apartment Complex.

in 2009, Architect Didier Lefort and the Moroccan Group Developer Alliance have designed the Master Plan that would host all the above activities.

• Project Leader on a Design Development (DD) stage and Building Permit issue under Moroccan Code Regulations for a 180 apartment complex with underground parking.
